Tom Scott Jones, 45, of Mount Carroll, IL, formerly of Clarksburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at his home.
The son of Donald Blair and Nancy L. (Koreni) Jones, he was born November 7, 1972 in Indiana, PA.
There will be no visitation or Memorial service.
