Alexandra D. Molnar

September 3, 1996 — November 11, 2024

Greensburg

Alexandra Diane Molnar, 28, of Greensburg, PA (formerly of Edinboro), passed away surrounded by her family and closest friend on November 11th, 2024, in University Hospitals Lake West Medical Center, Willoughby, Ohio.

Alexandra was born on September 3rd, 1996, in Erie, PA to Gregory Paul and Margaret Diane (Craft) Molnar.

She was a graduate of General McLane High School, Class of 2015.

Alexandra loved spending her days outdoors enjoying snowboarding, horseback riding, and using her unique eye to capture nature in photographs. She was an incredible artist who shared her talent through hula hoop dance performances and life-like drawings.

A walking paradox, Alexandra was vulnerably strong, confidently shy, and youthfully wise. She will be remembered for her passionate commitment of supporting ‘the little guy’ through her courageous spirit. Those who loved and were touched by her will never be the same because of her absence, but they will hold onto the effects of the deep life conversations, vivacious laughter, and wild antics they were sure to have shared with her. We take comfort in the peace Alexandra has now found.

Surviving are her parents, Greg and Margaret Molnar of Greensburg; two sisters, Stephanie K. Goga (Jake) of Irwin, and Sarah Molnar (Zachary) of Pittsburgh; three nephews Bowen (4), Matthew (3), and Jack Goga (2); numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and treasured friends RJ and Karrie Garde. She loved and was loved by her family, friends and many cats, especially Biscuit who was her constant companion and beloved cat.

Alexandra was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Joseph P. and Clara K. (Vingin) Molnar, her maternal grandparents Wilbert P. and Shirley D. (Wise) Craft, her uncle Wilbert Craft Jr., and her cousin Jason Blankenship.

Those wishing to honor Alexandra’s memory may donate to Homeward Bound WV to honor her deep love and respect of animals at this link: https://homewardboundwv.org/donate.

In early 2025, a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
