Angelo L. Gasbarro

Angelo Louis Gasbarro, 80, of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, at Rosebrook Personal Care, in Sarver.

A son of the late Giovanni and Francesca (Donatelli) Gasbarro, he was born June 1, 1945, in Pescoco Stanzo, Italy.

Angelo was a 1963 graduate of Washington Vocational High School. He worked as a carpenter. Angelo loved traveling to Greece with his beloved wife Marie. He also loved playing golf with Marie.

He is survived by five children: Judy, Colleen, Darcie, Michael and Andre; 11 grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; two brothers: Alvaro and Dominic; and a sister, Josephine; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 10 years, Marie (Manos) Gasbarro.

Friends and family will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2025 at Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana. Interment will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025, at Oakland Cemetery.
