Anthony Henry Penrose

Anthony Henry Penrose, 73, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at home with his wife by his side.

The son of Robert and Mildred (Wincek) Penrose, he was born on November 8, 1951, in Indiana, PA, Indiana county.

He married Krystal Foster on December 14, 2006, and they spent nearly 20 years of happiness together.

Anthony worked in the construction industry. He loved hunting, fishing, and demolition derbies.

He is survived by his loving wife, Krystal (Foster) Penrose of Blairsville; stepson, Gregory Zagrodniczek of Blairsville; grandchildren, Logan Zagrodniczek and Emily Stuckish; brothers, Dennis Penrose (Donna) of Burgettstown and Bernard Penrose (Jill) of Indiana; sister, Regina Smith (John) of Indiana; aunts Shirley and Barb; cousin, Diane Sabo; several nieces and nephews; and special neighbor, Mark.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wishes, there will be no memorial service.
