In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ken Butterworth; sister, Cheryl Hofmann and husband John Hofmann; two brothers, Ed Rummel and Ron Rummel; brothers-in-law, Nick Markovich and Orrie Bowman; father and mother-in-law, Chris and Ruby Butterworth; brother-in-law, Denny Butterworth; and a longtime friend, Kay Sadowski.
A celebration of life will be announced at a future date for all family and friends. Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
The family would like to extend deep appreciation for the exceptional care given by her primary care physician and the many wonderful people at her care facility.
