Christine A. Swanson

Christine A. (Creager) Swanson, 73, of Indiana, passed away Wednesday Jan. 28, 2026, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.

A daughter of the late Jack D. and Melba E. (Taylor) Creager, she was born June 7, 1952, in Casper, WY.

Christine was a homemaker. She loved her family, especially her grandkids.

She is survived by three children: Ryan Swanson, of Indiana; Brandy Swanson, of Mendham, NJ; Kandi Swanson, of Indiana; two siblings: Barbara Manus-Greider, of Phoenix, AZ; and Daniel Creager, of Glenrock, WY; and four grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Kimble A. Swanson.

In keeping with Christine’s wishes, visitation and services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N. 7th Street, Indiana, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
