Gary Lyle Smith, 75, of Blairsville, PA passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025, in Torrance State Hospital, Torrance, Pennsylvania.
The son of Albert and Helen (Hlohinec) Smith, he was born on December 15, 1949, in Arlington, VA.
Gary graduated from Uniontown High School, Class of 1967. During his life, he worked in manufacturing.
Surviving is his sister, Sandra Sirois of Suffield, Conneticut.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Per his family’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
