Kathryn A. Farren

Kathryn Ann Farren, 80, of Indiana, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2026, at her home.

A daughter of the late Paul M. and Mable C. (McCunn) Farren, she was born Nov. 21, 1945, in Indiana.

Kathryn retired from Indiana Regional Medical Center, where she was a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of Graystone Presbyterian Church. Kathryn enjoyed bowling in different leagues and golfing at Meadow Lane in a women’s league.

She is survived by two brothers, Calvin P. Farren and wife Bobbie, of Indiana; James Farren and wife Becky, of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Farren; and two sisters, Mildred Voytek and Sara Lightcap.

Friends and family will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Graystone Evangelical Church, 640 Church Street, Indiana, with Pastor Joe Stroup officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
