Lawrence J. Bumbera, Jr.

Lawrence Joseph Bumbera Jr., 79, of Central City, PA (Somerset County) passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at his home.

The son of Lawrence J. Bumbera, Sr. and Margaret Bumbera, he was born on December 10, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Lawrence enjoyed camping and fishing.

Surviving is his wife of 34 years, Laura (Frankhauser) Bumbera whom he married on November 21, 1989; a stepson, Edwin R. Black (Charles D. Black) of Indiana; a half-brother, Mark Bumbera of Pittsburgh; and a sister-in-law, Patricia Clark (Andy) of Central City; his beloved companions, Coco and Moose; and a very dear friend of many years, Edwin R. Fink, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Per Lawrence’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.
