Mary Jane Javornik

Mary Jane (Ganoe) Javornik, 94, of Indiana, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, at St. Andrew’s Village in Indiana.

A daughter of the late Carl A. and Fern (Coy) Ganoe, she was born March 10, 1931, in Cherryhill Township, Indiana County.

Mary Jane was a graduate of Pine Township High School. She worked at Indiana Regional Medical Center as a registered nurse. Mary Jane was a member of Graystone Evangelical Presbyterian Church, where she served as a Deacon.

She is survived by her daughter, Sue Ann Clark and husband Charles “Chuck”; her sister, Sandie Abraham; her grandchildren, James Watters and wife Stephanie, Justin Mauro and wife Anja; and a great-grandchild, Alexander Watters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jacob J. Javornik in 2012.

There will be no visitation. Services are private. Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
