Nancy Lee (Lovisa) Lazor, 78, of Homer City, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.

Born on September 04, 1947, in Ernest, Nancy was the daughter of Remo R. Lovisa and Helen (Semetoskey) Yeslovich. Nancy was a graduate of the Marion Center High School. She was a former member of the Red Barn Sportsmen's Club in Homer City, PA. She generously volunteered her time with Four Footed Friends, reflecting her lifelong love of animals. For 15 years, Nancy worked part-time in the cafeteria at Homer City Elementary School, where she enjoyed serving students and staff and making lasting friendships.

Nancy found happiness in life's simple pleasures. Mrs. Lazor loved reading, tending her garden, and spending time with her beloved pets. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family and those she loved. Nancy will be remembered for her gentle spirit, caring heart, and the quiet kindness she shared with everyone around her. Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Nancy is survived by her loving children, Danielle Lazor, of Homer City and Eric Lazor, of Homer City; and by her sister, Helen Yeslovich-McDowell, of Indiana. She also leaves behind many extended family members, friends, and all those whose lives were enriched by her compassion and friendship.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Daniel Joseph Lazor; a son, Michael Lazor; and a brother-in-law, Ralph McDowell.

In keeping with Nancy’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7 th ., Street, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Nancy’s honor to Small Town Cat Rescue in Clymer; Four Footed Friends or Indiana County Humane Society.
