Mary Lou Mcdonald

Mary Lou McDonald, 84, of Blairsville, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

She was the daughter of John and Elizabeth McGonell; she was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 6, 1935.

Mary was a member of SS Simon & Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville.

She enjoyed flea market shopping and collecting antiques.

She is survived by her husband, James F. McDonald; children, Sharon K. Koreni (Joe) of Blairsville, Joseph A. Werthmiller of Blairsville, and Linda E. Spiaggi of Blairsville; six grandchildren, Tracey, Jody, Joey, Joey, Jimmy and Ashley; five great grandchildren, Haley, Ricky, Shawn. Kaitlynn, and Joey; nieces, Tina Chamello (Chris) and Janet Trapazzano (Greg); a nephew, Danny Cutrazulla; a great nephew, Joey Chamello.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. Friday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. in the funeral home with Fr. Stephen R. Bugay officiating.

Interment will be in SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA at a later date.
