Patricia M. Reilly

Patricia Mary (Mills) Reilly, 83, of Coraopolis, PA (Moon Twp.) formerly of Blairsville passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

The daughter of Robert P. and Anita G. (McGraw) Mills, she was born August 7, 1940, in Scranton, PA.

Pat graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School and Rosmont College with a dual major of Political Science and French.  She furthered her education at IUP obtaining her BS in Education.

She was a member of the SS Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church where she served as a volunteer and the former Fort Nightly Literary Club, both of Blairsville.

Pat taught French at a Catholic high school in Allentown and she was very active in both her husband and son’s medical practices later in life.

Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Dr. Richard. L. Reilly, Sr., whom she married on January 25, 1964; three children, Elizabeth Fazio (Michael) of Murrysville, Dr. Richard L. Reilly, Jr. (Julie) of Edgewood, and Colleen Costa (Brendon) of Moon Township; and seven grandchildren, K.C., Nicholas, Aedan, Liam, Bree, Kendall, and Richard L. Reilly, III.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Robert Mills Reilly, and an infant brother, Robert P. Mills.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 3rd from 4-7 PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville where a wake service will be held at 6:30 PM Friday.

Prayers of Transfer will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at SS Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church, 155 N. Brady St., Blairsville with Rev. Segundino Laude, celebrant.

Interment will be in the SS Simon and Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
