Stella B. Horn

Stella Bertha (Densiuk) Horn, 90, of Blairsville, PA (Derry Twp.) passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Beacon Ridge, Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Joseph and Bertha Stella (Benke) Densiuk, she was born on January 26, 1935, in Brenizer, PA.

Stella was a member of SS Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, and Angels of Compassion.

She was an LPN at Torrance State Hospital until her retirement.

In her spare time, she loved caring for her own animals and volunteered at Action for Animals.

Surviving is her daughter, Dr. Kathleen Horn-Dalton (Randy Richards) of Blairsville; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, William I. Horn on July 22, 2017, three brothers, Joseph, Walter, and John, and two sisters, Helen and Trudy.

Per Stella’s wishes there will be no visitation.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 10 AM at SS Simon and Jude Roman Catholic Church with Rev. Segundino Laude, celebrant.

Inurnment will be in the SS Simon & Jude Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
