Theresa Jean Leonard

Theresa Jean (Bertolino) Leonard, 92, of Blairsville, PA, died on Friday, April 18, 2025, in the Communities at Indian Haven, Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Robert and Angeline (Tedeski) Bertolino, she was born on June 11, 1932, in Heshbon, PA.

Jean was a member of the Historical Society of the Blairsville Area, and she enjoyed spending time with family, especially her great grandson Ricky.

Surviving are her two children, Bonnie Douds of Blairsville, and Robert Hoke (Veronica) of Armagh; two grandchildren, Donald Kopsic (Jolene) and Donna Fry (Doug); her great grandson, Ricky; three stepchildren, Cinda Leonard, Jean Harsh, and Jane Leonard; two step grandsons, Brock Harsh and Scott Harsh, her sister, Annetta Kerzan of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Oran R. Leonard, Sr. on June 10, 1994, two brothers, Robert Bertolino and Albert Bertolino, and her sister, Dorothy Shrom.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 2 PM until the time of the memorial service at 3PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville.

Inurnment will be in the Blairsville Cemetery, Blairsville, PA.
