Vicki L. Ruddock

Vicki Lynn Ruddock, 72, of Indiana, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at her home.

Daughter of Alton T. and Roene (Shaffer) Ruddock, she was born Oct. 28, 1951, in Indiana.

Vicki graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with both undergraduate and master’s degrees and pursued a career in Journalism, working for both the Indiana Gazette and the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat. She was a dog lover and an avid horsewoman, and actively participated in both show jumping and dressage for most of her life.

She is survived by a sister, Alisa G. Ruddock, of Pittsburgh.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be private for the family at Greenwood Cemetery. Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
