William P. Brett

William “Will” Payson Brett, 65, of Indiana, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

A son of Alfred and Win Lin Brett, he was born March 12, 1960, in Taiwan. Will was employed by Walmart at the time of his passing. He enjoyed nature, fishing, bowling, current events and politics. Will was known to be a very loyal, generous and hardworking man. He was very compassionate, had a huge heart and would help anyone that he could. Will was very loved and will be sincerely missed.

He is survived by a son, Steven Brett; his father, Alfred Brett; sister, Susie Caamano; brother, Edward Brett; two grandchildren; and a friend, Breanne Georgiana. He is preceded in death by his mother, Win Lin Brett; and sister, Monica Lin Brett. In keeping with Will’s wishes, visitation and services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N. 7th Street, Indiana has been entrusted with the arrangements.
